It was a nice Memorial Day. We had a block party on our cul-de-sac with all of our neighbors and friends, ate a lot of food, and just hung out. Joe came over for a bit and we finally finished off the last mission of “Army of Two” for the 360. Finally.
Army of Two is probably one of the least rewarding games that I’ve ever finished. It was cool for a few laughs, the gameplay wasn’t bad, but there were quite a few bugs. Not to mention we had to pull up a guide on occasion because there was simply no obvious direction to follow to complete an objective. It was worth the $20 I spent on it when it was released, though. Hurray for Best Buy reward zone coupons.
So much for those hot, sunny days. It’s been raining like crazy over here. I ventured out to Hollywood Video today to rent Rainbow Six Vegas 2 for PS3 (and my brother did the same for 360), and it was pouring.
Rainbow Six Vega: 2 is a pretty fun game. I love the cover system and shooting mechanics (almost no health, so shots are instant death). My dad and I also played a little Halo PC and owned it up in some CTF (to our standards). Looks like I’m getting into shooters again!
Oh yeah! I ordered pizza on the internet for the first time last night! Now if only I could do that with Chinese food…
